Who we are

The Whole Partnership is a purpose-led leadership and systemic coaching consultancy, which applies a systems lens to individual, organisational and social transformation. We have been drawn together by our shared purpose and desire to bring the “whole self, whole systems” approach that we have been co-creating to our clients.

Our vision of creating purposeful, inspiring organisations where people love to work, started with – and continues to inform  – our own. In addition to our commercial work with clients, we host an active community of advanced practitioners who co-pioneer applying our systemic and creative approach to the vocational projects that matter to them.

Our story is profoundly connected to the development of Systemic Coaching and Constellations work in the UK, as well as to the evolution of other leading edge practices in dialogue and organisational development across the globe. We provide our training programmes in Systemic Coaching and Constellations in partnership with the Centre for Systemic Constellations, the UK’s most experienced training faculty in this form of work, which runs programmes worldwide.
