Deborah Haskew

Deborah is a Chartered and Registered Psychologist and Accredited Executive Coach with the AC, her background is in Organisational Psychology and Counselling at work.  She has been coaching , mentoring and consulting for over 25 years bringing supervision, leadership reflective practice and a Systemic approach to this mix in the last five. Her clients are Board members, or those who have been identified for these roles, Talent and OD professionals, entrepreneurs and  Executive Coaches.  She first worked in consulting (Kiddy and Partners) for 8 years and then lead her own team of consultants and trainers at ICAS for 3 years before developing her own independent practice focused on both large national and international clients ( including, amongst others,  TKMaxx, Tesco, Hanson, Macquarie Bank, Womble Bond Dickinson, Cardiff Business School).  She is part of the associate team with The Whole Partnership.

Her deepest talent and expertise lie in fostering a safe and expansive space in which clients feel comfortable to explore, understand and integrate the breadth of their inner and outer worlds – their emotional, psychological, physical and soulful sense of themselves as well as the seen and unseen parts of the contexts and systems in which they live and work.  She works with clients to help them release the best of themselves and bring this through into their relationships, roles and the communities they serve. Eclectic and pragmatic in her approach she  works with images, metaphors, symbols, intuition and an embodied approach – delivering a systemic approach that supports clients in making material shifts in the way they feel about themselves and how they see and  show up in the world.  She is currently training with The Centre for Courage and Renewal as part of the first European cohort of facilitators for Parker Palmer’s work with Circles of Trust.

Deborah lives between Bath and Bristol with her 2 teenage/young adult children. She loves walking in the woods, dancing, reading and cooking for – and generally hanging out with – those she loves.
