Tricia Grace-Norton is Programme Manager for TWP. She has a background in HR, Training and Business Development and Career Coaching and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She has worked across all industry sectors and has a passion for supporting people in achieving their life ambitions. Her previous experience includes being Career Coach for a leading UK Business School MBA programme as well as being Senior Associate for a number of outplacement consultancies. She has also undertaken consultancy assignments in Kenya, South Africa, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Tricia has always had an interest in the Arts and is a Trustee, Hon Secretary, for a professional Theatre Hub as well as performing herself as a creative story-teller. She loves planning and organising events for people – from Leadership Programmes to theatrical productions – and creating the best environment for successful and enjoyable outcomes.
Tricia lives in Devon and enjoys long walks on Dartmoor and the beautiful South Hams coastline. She is also a keen traveller and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
