SUMMARY:Your Heart's Desire: a 2-day Constellations Retreat (Hybrid Personal-Organisational)
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\n  \n“A constellation shows us what hasn’t yet happened in reality\, so that it can happen in reality” \nProfessor Matthias von Kibed \n  \n“Our heart’s longings are our passports” \nJudith Hemming \n  \nThis 2-day retreat provides support for everyone who feels evoked to make changes in their life\, and move in the direction of their heart’s longing. The desired movement could be many things: vocational (to move closer to our true purpose or real work); personal (to reclaim aspects of our potential – such as our power – or repair a relationship); or organisational (to attend to a difficult pattern or issue in our workplace). \nAs we turn from winter to spring\, this 2-day retreat will be a resourcing and regenerative community\, that will use a constellation lens to help all of us: \n\n\n\n\n\n(re)attune to our hearts\, purpose\, and the potential that wants to flow through us\nilluminate and transform those patterns that stand in our way (whether they come from our family or organisational systems – past or present).\nbuild courage\, strength and clarity to co-create what is “ours to do”\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nFormat \nYou will be guided step by step\, drawing on our approach\, including systemic constellations\, inquiry\, and embodied presence. The retreat will focus on bespoke constellations for individuals in the whole group but also provide some structured exercises in small groups (for everyone). \nYou can attend in two main ways: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIf desired\, you can receive an individual constellation facilitated by Ed Rowland to explore your question. This question can be personal\, vocational or organisational.\nAlternatively\, you can attend the retreat as a ‘resource and learner’ without having an individual constellation. You will be a representative in the constellations and benefit from the small group exercises\, community and shared field.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs further resource and containment – if for instance\, your question feels especially knotty or challenging – you can also book additional 1-1 support in the form of a pre-call and follow-up zoom session. \n  \nWho is this Retreat For? \nEveryone – including senior leaders\, HR/OD professionals\, change coaches\, regenerative practitioners\, professionals of all kinds. You certainly don’t need to have trained in this way of working; however\, you do need to be open and courageous enough to work in an embodied way that is gentle and natural but also often surprising and powerful. \n  \nWhat do people say?\n\n“Incredibly magical\, profound systemic work – weaving together the deeply personal & organisational – exquisitely held. A true gift\, thank you!” \n\nJoe Rappaport\, Coach ACC \n  \nFacilitators\nEdward Rowland – lead facilitator for TWP – will lead the workshop and the bespoke constellations. He has practiced both organisational and personal constellations work since 2005\, and is an infosyon-certified Master Trainer. \nHe will be supported by Deborah Haskew \, a systemic leadership coach\, Chartered Psychologist and Courage and Renewal Facilitator\, who has over 25 years experience of coaching senior leaders in all sectors. \n  \nFees\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStandard rate with constellation £390 + VAT\nCOLPI/CSC alumni rate with constellation £290 + VAT\nResource and learner rate £190 + VAT\nConstellation rate with additional 1-1 support £690 + VAT\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is the core programme fee that covers refreshments but not lunch. \nBursary rates may also be available if you are employed part-time\, unemployed or in full-time education. \n  \nRegistration\nPlease book below. SUMMARY:Conflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach - Ongoing Circles (Online)
DESCRIPTION:An ongoing Practice Circle\ndeveloping your ability to apply Conflict Transformation tools and theory\nwith a Systemic Constellations lens\nin your area of work and your life.\n  \n  \n“Milly\, Ben\, and The Whole Partnership provided a great service and experience for those like me\, who are aiming to improve upon our paths of addressing (and confronting) conflicts\, and then working to transform them. This is a valuable process that was expertly facilitated\, and I am grateful to have participated.”\nJoe Culhane\, Systems & Ecology Consultant \n  \nTransforming conflict is a core leadership competency that requires a combination of courage and vulnerability. \nWe need to spend time with conflict. If we are resourced to listen to the wider system within which conflict has arisen – widening our perspective to include more – we enable deeper truths and resolving movements to bring gifts to us and our systems. Our organisations need leaders who are resourced to face into the difficulties of our complex world; those who can find ways to work with and through them. \nAs part of our Conflict Transformation Circles\, you’ll participate in a resourcing and regenerative community. You’ll be alongside other leaders and change makers and\, guided by international specialists in this field\, will discover the power a systemic constellations lens brings you through your organisational\, professional and vocational challenges. \n  \n“I was amazed at how resourcing this course was and more able to tap into my own resources as a leader. I feel so much more able to face my clients conflicts and my own.”\nAntonia Anderland \n  \nThe circles will introduce the principles and practices of this approach and take you on a 5-month journey of applying them to your own live conflict issues. (If you want to read more on Transforming Conflict we recommend Jean Paul Lederach’s article on Conflict Transformation). \nWe’ll work with a closed group format – limited to only 12 participants – to help enable the safe\, intimate\, resourcing and powerful container that this work requires. \nWe will work with where you are – and the live challenges that you bring – using a mix of short conceptual inputs\, inquiries\, embodied exercises and whole (or half) group constellations. \n  \n“Loved the duo of Milly and Ben. Their awareness and kind attention to all participants’ individualities and specific needs created a good level of safety in the group. Their compassion\, capacity\, willingness to be vulnerable and their trust in each other and the process modelled working in an emergent way\, which we all need to be able to do in facilitating this kind of work. \n“I found the structure of the programme to be excellent\, with the mix of short theoretical inputs\, examples\, meditations and visualisations\, and work on participants’ cases. It helped to bring the topics alive\, and in a way that leads directly into practice… I have applied what I have learnt into my work to great impact.”\nRachel Amato\, independent coach\, facilitator and consultant in organisational and leadership development \n  \n  \nPurpose of the Systemic Conflict Transformation Programme\n  \n\nDeepening your understanding of conflict transformation on a personal and practitioner level\nTo equip and resource you to apply the tools of Systemic Conflict Transformation (SCT) in your practice\nTo develop a SCT community of learning and practice\n\n\n  \nWhat to expect\n  \nThe training combines five days of teaching/practice in a closed group spread over five months. The closed group enables you to benefit from the depth of psychological safety that is possible when people commit to travel together for a length of time alongside fellow co-inquirers. \nEach day in the full group is split into: \n\nPresencing/visualisation\nCheck in\nTheory section\nResourcing and a pair enquiry\nPractice in small groups\nConflict Constellation\nPlenary\n\nAdditionally\, you’ll receive two 1:1 coaching sessions with either Ben or Milly\, who’ll support your professional and personal enquiry into your conflict. \nYou’ll also be invited to join a small learning hub to meet and practice between sessions. \n  \nWhat we will cover in our time together\n  \nSession One \nStarting our journey: The Heart of Peace and The Heart of War \n\nClarifying the question you’re travelling with\nWorking with the four perspectives of Conflict Transformation\nUnconscious bias and the ways it impacts us as SCT practioners\nWorking with the book ‘The Anatomy of Peace’\nMeeting your practice group and exploring your key learning objectives together\n\n  \nSession Two \nGathering our resources: The Drama Triangle and Including the Excluded \n\nWorking with The Drama Triangle and The Resourcing Archetypes\nVictim and perpetrator dynamics in conflict\nPersonal and collective trauma and how to work with it\nPractice groups\n\n  \nSession Three \nSystemic Conscience and Ordering Forces of Conflict \n\nWorking with the hidden architecture of systems\nPersonal and systemic conscience and its impact on conflict\nHow belonging and exclusion impacts conflicts\nPractice groups\n\n  \nSession Four \nFinding our ‘right place’ as an SCT Practitioner \n\nFive systemic levels in conflict\nFinding our ‘right place’\nHow to contract and be commissioned for this work\nPractice groups around our ‘live’ situations\n\n  \nSession Five \nBuilding our confidence at SCT practitioners \n\nGathering our resources as practitioners\nHow to work with large systemic conflicts like the ecological crisis or war\nUnderstanding the ‘story’ of conflict and exploring different narratives\nPractice groups around our ‘live’ conflict situations\nIntegration of learning\nEndings\n\n  \n  \nWho is it for?\n  \nThese circles are for you if you are interested in deepening your understanding of conflict transformation and practicing using the theory and tools in your work and life. \nThese circles are for you if you have some prior experience of working with systemic leadership with constellations lens and if your work encompasses any of the following: \n\nYou’re a leader\, entrepreneur\, change maker\, OD/HR professional\, or if you’re a coach to people in such roles.\nYou have either worked with Ben Yeger and Milly Sinclair in their foundational Conflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach training\, or are working professionally in Conflict Transformation and Mediation and want to understand and embody the systemic approach. Ideally you’ll have taken part in the foundational SCT course with Milly and Ben. SUMMARY:Conflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach (online)
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nThe ability to face and address hard truths which may give rise to conflict is a core Systemic Leadership capacity. Equipped with this capacity\, we become agents of the real transformation so many of us feel is needed in our organisations and wider systems. Those in leadership roles – and those aspiring to be leaders of the future – are invited to join this powerful online programme to develop this skill. \nIn five half-day sessions spread over five weeks we will journey together with gentleness and mutual respect through this edgy territory.  Guided by international specialists in conflict transformation and supported by the systemic perspective\, we’ll look squarely at the conflicts we experience daily in this changing world. We’ll rewire our understanding and grow new muscles\, enabling us to incorporate a systemic lens when facing these challenges. We’ll lean into ‘edge and tension’ and find our way through conflict issues into dynamic flow. \nConflict is expressed between people\, so we usually try to deal with it there. However\, it is our experience that whilst the effect is personal\, the cause is often systemic and structural. We therefore need a wider and more sophisticated lens to understand it and to respond effectively. This leads to greater productivity within individuals and the system as a whole. \nIn this emerging reality\, building our capacity to face conflict well is essential. SUMMARY:Systemic Leadership Coaching with Constellations: Introduction to the Essentials (London)
DESCRIPTION:Purpose\nThe purpose of this three-day workshop is to introduce you to the essential principles\, method and skills of Systemic Leadership through Coaching and Constellations; it will help you begin to integrate this profound systemic lens – and some powerful tools – into your existing practice of coaching or catalysing others through change. \nSystemic Leadership Coaching with Constellations has emerged over the last twenty years as a powerful\, awareness-based “whole self/whole systems” method for seeing and transforming challenges in our personal and organisational lives. By creating maps of the whole system\, constellations enable the invisible dynamics of even seemingly intractable situations to be revealed – and often resolved – quickly and effectively. \nTo help you integrate it into your existing practice\, it focuses on resourcing you with simple\, potent constellating tools that can help you diagnose issues\, test solutions and discover new possibilities for generative action. \n  \n  \nBenefits: Developing Your Capacity\nThis programme grounds you in the core perspective and methods of Systemic Coaching with Constellations\, and their application to 1-1 executive and team coaching and wider systems. \nSpecifically\, you will develop or enhance your capacity to: \n\nUnderstand the key principles\, history and sources of this work\, and the CLEAR(TM) method of Systemic Leadership Coaching & Constellations.\nUse CLEAR – and a constellating methodology – in both 1-1 coaching and team coaching contexts\, as well as setting up simple Diagnostic Constellations of wider systems\, so that you help yourself and your clients rapidly gain a systemic “overview” on the nature of their challenges.\nMap issues and systems in different ways (desktop-style or with floor markers and use of human representatives) so that you can work flexibly in different contexts.\nDraw from all ‘4 Ways of Knowing’ – intuitive\, emotional\, embodied and intellectual intelligence.\nUnderstand\, both experientially and conceptually\, the ‘Hidden Orders’ that shape systems\, enabling organisational change and well-being.\nFind the most empowering ‘place’ in relation to the coachee (or team) and wider organisation\, and understand what this approach requires of the facilitator in terms of ‘stance’\, presence & capacity.\nPut all this together\, so as to strengthen your capacity to coach and help others.\n\nThere will be many opportunities to explore your own personal and organisational systems\, both through exercises and demonstrations. We will dive deep (but lightly)\, we will have fun and we will learn together! \n  \n  \nWho is it for?\nThe programme is for: \n\nexecutive coaches and change agents (external or internal)\nleaders or managers in all sectors who are supporting others through transformation and change\, and who wish to integrate a systemic perspective and methodology into their work\ncoaches who have completed related systemic programs\, such as the ORSCTM training\, who wish to deepen their constellating capacity and understanding of the thought framework behind this approach\nfacilitators and actors working in the fields of sustainability and regeneration.\n\nYou will find it especially valuable if you are feeling stuck or stressed by seemingly intractable\, complex problems with particular clients or work systems\, or you are keen to find a way of coaching and facilitating others which draws more on your whole self (especially your presence\, embodiment and intuition) as well as the systems of which you are a part. \nThe course will also likely challenge and expand how you see yourself and your work as a coach\, change agent\, or leader\, while increasing your awareness of how organisations and people can flourish at a deeper level. \n  \n\nCertification     \nThis three-day Introduction to the Essentials programme is dual-certified by both a leading coaching body and a leading systemic training body specialising in this work. First\, it is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)\, for Continuing Coaching Education and 19.5 CCEUs. \nSecond\, it is also certified by\, and run in association with\, the Centre for Systemic Constellations (UK)\, the UK’s largest and oldest training body and faculty in this work\, which runs trainings in Systemic Constellations worldwide. \nCompletion of this course enables entry to the longer 12-day Practitioner Certification part of our Systemic Leadership Coaching with Constellations Programme – known as COLPI – for 2023-4. SUMMARY:Systemic Leadership Coaching & Constellations: Practitioner Programme (2023 - modular online)
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nThis is a new online version of the original English-speaking Practitioner programme in Systemic Leadership Coaching and organisational constellations (known as COLPI). The training celebrated its 21st birthday in 2021 by transferring the highly regarded format into the online environment. Responding to the limitations placed on us all by the pandemic has revealed tremendous benefits available through working with constellations online. We are pleased to offer this training again in a new online\, modular 9-day format\, which makes it more accessible to a wider audience. \nThe purpose of the Practitioner programme is to give you a thorough grounding in this powerful systemic lens and transformational method(s)\, and support you to integrate and apply it in your existing practices of coaching (1-1 and teams)\, and leading others through transformation and change. It also invites you to step more fully into your own unique potential and contribution as a change agent or leader and innovate new work that matters to you. \n  \n“Just finished this extraordinary programme last week – the power of this work translated beautifully online. The Practitioner programme is expertly taught and curated by Edward Rowland and exquisitely held by him and his team. I urge any of you drawn to systemic leadership coaching or constellations work to consider it (and their other offerings) — you’ll receive an amazing set of skills and interventions that revitalise and re-align your path and purpose as well as that of your organisation(s). And further\, you’ll meet your customers and the emerging future with more flow. For me\, the systemic lens and approach has been a gift that keeps on giving\, no part of my being has gone untouched — am deeply\, deeply grateful”. \nChiara Gelardin\, Film Producer and Systemic Coach \n  \nThis programme is run in collaboration with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (UK) and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coaching Education (minimum 54 CCEUs). \n  \nWho is it for?\nIt is for coaches\, change agents\, leaders and professionals in commercial\, public or voluntary sectors\, who know they love this way of working\, and who have begun the journey of using a systemic lens in some real-life context. \nIt is for practitioners who want continuing coach education and support to practice their coaching and constellating skills with confidence\, so as to unlock the unique creative potential of individuals\, teams and organisations. \nIt is especially appropriate for those who coach\, catalyse or lead others through transformation and change. \nNOTE: This programme is for those who have prior experience of some kind\, for instance they have already completed our 3-day Essentials or related programmes like ORSC™ or training in systemic family constellations. \n  \nDeveloping Your Capacity (Presence\, Knowledge and Skills)\nThis programme enhances your capacity to use the Systemic Leadership Coaching and Constellating process to unlock both your own unique creative potential\, and that of the individuals\, teams and organisations you work with. The training includes focused teaching and extensive practice in using this work effectively in an online setting. \nThe programme’s specific aims include developing your capacity cumulatively in 3 widening contexts: \n\n1-1 Contexts: Self and Other\n\n\nDevelop your Presence\, Contact and Embodied Leadership as a coach & constellations facilitator.\nTake your one-to-one Systemic Leadership Coaching to a more advanced level\, including your fluency with different methods such as online desktop mapping and floor markers.\nUnderstand and tap more fully into your resources and strengths – including your Unique Purpose\, and Enneagram type – and help your clients to do the same.\n\n\n Team Contexts\n\n\nDevelop and apply a constellations-based approach to Systemic Team Coaching.\nDeepen your understanding of Conscience and the Hidden Orders of Change in systems.\nDevelop your ability to use mapping in teams without representatives\n\n\n Wider Organisational Contexts\n\n\nDevelop your capacity with diagnostic constellations of wider systems – including Structural Constellations – and shadow consulting work to help you and your colleagues find their ‘right place’.\nDevelop your use of experimental Sentences and Movements (in group\, team and 1-1 settings).\nWork with creative\, decision-making and customer-focused constellations and apply them to creative projects\, marketing or business development questions (both your own & your clients).\n\n\n\n\n  \nProgramme structure\nThe course is designed – and held – to enable us to bring our full presence to this work\, which many find refreshing\, resourcing and transformative\, particularly in the online environment. \nThe core programme includes 9 days of training – grouped in 3 modules of 3 days each – run on consecutive Thursdays over a 5 month period (with a gap between each module). It also includes: \n\n\n\n\n\n2 Practice Periods – between the circles – amongst peers and in your work settings. Participants will form peer hubs in 3s and 4s\, in order to practice and help integrate the learning.\nOne 1-1 coaching session – by phone or Zoom – at the time of your choice during the course to clarify your learning.\nDiscounted place at our summer retreat\, Freeing Up Your Future\, which will bring the opportunity to experience and practice constellation work in person.\n\n\n\n\n\nIn addition to the core programme\, participants can also attend any of our optional stand-alone programmes as additional modules (at a discounted rate of 25%). These include: \n\n\n\n\n\nDeepening into Personal Purpose (3 days) with Ed Rowland and Deborah Haskew\nConflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach (2 days) with conflict specialists Ben Yeger and Milly Sinclair.\nSystemic Coaching Masterclass with first generation practitioner Judith Hemming.\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nProgramme dates & times 2023\nThe core programme runs from May to September 2023. Dates are as below. Module 1 has now passed\, but you are still welcome to join for Module 2.\nSession times on each day are 9.30am-12.30pm and 2pm-5pm UK time. Please check times in your own time zone. We have a long lunch break to give us all time away from our screens. \nModule 1: Self and Other \n\n4 May\n11 May\n18 May\n\nModule 2: Team Context \n\n22 June\n29 June\n6 July\n\nOptional bolt-on: Summer Freeing Up Your Future Retreat \nStudents of online COLPI who are keen to experience this way of working in the in-person context are welcome to join the summer retreat\, Freeing Up Your Future at Hawkwood College in the Cotswolds\, UK on July 10-12\, 2023.  As a COLPI student you receive 20% off your place on the retreat. \nModule 3: Wider Organisational Contexts  \n\n30 August\n6 September\n12 September\n\n  \nModular attendance\nWe understand that many coaches and consultants find it difficult to participate in all of the modules in any given cycle\, due to other commitments. For this reason\, we are introducing a new more flexible\, modular format. \nFor this online programme – unlike our in-person version of this programme – we are allowing practitioners to attend one module only (of your choice)\, without completing the whole programme. NOTE: This new format means you can attend the 1st and 2nd circles – on 1-1 and teams – on a standalone basis\, but not the final module (which is only open to people completing the whole programme). \nThe modular format also means that you can attend a module in another cycle if you miss one in this. \nYou do obviously need to attend all 3 modules to gain your Practitioner certificate (see below). \n  \nWhat People Say\n\n“Wonderful training\, wonderful people and wonderful work. The power of systemic leadership coaching and constellations to simplify complexity and create new ways forward never ceases to amaze me! It’s been a gift in my life. SUMMARY:Conflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach
DESCRIPTION:Conflict Transformation intensive\nDartington\, Devon\n  \nBook your place here \nvia the Schumacher College website \n  \nIntroduction\nThe ability to face and address hard truths which may give rise to conflict is a core Systemic Leadership capacity. Equipped with this capacity\, we become agents of the real transformation so many of us feel is needed in our organisations and wider systems. Those in leadership roles – and those aspiring to be leaders of the future – are invited to join this powerful programme to develop this skill. \nWe will journey together with gentleness and mutual respect through this edgy territory. Those of us who learn this skill will be of great value in these times\, as enablers of transformation and flow. \n“Throughout the experience\, I have come back into contact with insights and understandings that had slipped into the background of my day to day experience of living. This experience has both enriched my present and future self. I would encourage all and any to immerse in this programme.” \n  \nMarina Bolton – Director of Organisational Development\, UK Civil Service \n  \n  \nPurpose of the programme\nWe will explore: \n\nWhat is conflict trying to tell us that we need to hear?\nHow do we as individuals and organisations deal with conflict currently?\nHow can we think differently about conflict so it becomes an enabler for growth and innovation\, not a hindrance?\nHow do we support individuals in conflict\, whilst seeing the big picture?\nHow do we work creatively with difference\, even those stark and deeply held\, to discover the solutions we need in a complex and ambiguous world?\n\n  \n\nWho is it for?\n\nBoard level leadership\, Heads of HR\, OD leads.\nAnyone facing conflict or situations where there is significant difference of opinions in the workplace/role on a regular basis.\nThose stepping into positions of leadership\, or who wish to upskill themselves to become the leaders of the future that they feel the potential to become.\nPeople – including conflict professionals – who seek a different approach to conflict transformation.\n\n  \n  \nHow will I and my organisation benefit from this programme?\nWithin yourself: \n\nDeeper understanding of personal triggers to conflict and the impact on your ability to connect with others.\nIncreased clarity about yourself in situations of conflict.\nDeveloping more choices regarding how you act in conflict.\n\n\n\n\n\nWith colleagues\, within teams: \n\nUnderstanding how ill-expressed and unexpressed conflict leads to stalemate.\nStrengthening capability to create structures allowing for safe expression of difficulty.\nIlluminating how to move from breakdown to flow of collaboration\, connection and creativity.\n\n\n\n\n\nFor the organisation: \n\nInsight to what interpersonal conflicts tell us about the whole system.\nExploration of structural change supporting the organisation to thrive.\n\n\n\n\n\nFor wider stakeholders : \n\nKnowledge of how to work with wider organisational stakeholders – who may have conflicting interests – to enable all to flourish.\n\n  \n  \nCourse Content\nThe territory we’ll be exploring together will take you through these stages: \n\nStarting the journey: Introducing conflict transformation with a systemic perspective and deepening our personal enquiry into a live conflict situation.\nHumanising the other: Understanding personal triggers and widening our perspectives\, moving from a heart of war to a heart of peace.\nTransforming conflict: Assimilating systemic theory and practice into our understanding of conflict transformation.\nConflict as resource: Strengthening our resilience and capacity as a systemic helper/mediator.\nConclusion and next steps: Integrating\, building on the learning\, taking it into our personal and work lives.\n\nThroughout you’ll have the experience of belonging within a group of leaders\, coaches and change-makers in a richly diverse learning pool. \n  \n  \nFaculty\nBen Yeger is Founder of Moving Conflicts and UK representative of Combatants for Peace (CfP). The constellation work was very powerful for me\, and well resourced by everything that came before.” \nSholeh Johnstone – Facilitator\, Mediator and Coach \n  \n“Milly and Ben\, and the Whole Partnership provided a great service and experience for those like me\, aiming to improve upon our paths of addressing (and confronting) conflicts\, and working to transform them. There is a vulnerability to this process that is explored both internally/individually\, and externally/collectively as well. This is a valuable process that was expertly facilitated\, and I am grateful to have participated.” \nJoe Culhane Systems & Ecology Consultant \n  \n“10/10 for the experience! Witnessing the alchemy of live constellations\, even on zoom\, I love the magic and insights that arise. Ben and Milly’s leadership of each constellation was so intuitive. They are almost forensic in getting it right. I loved the willingness of everybody to share some quite intimate conflicts. The trust between people was amazing. The generosity\, presence\, love and kindness modelled Ben and Milly and already present in the system.” \nKatie Lloyd-Nunn – Education Curator\, Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking \n  \n“It made me look at a particularly difficult conflict within my organisation from a completely different perspective and found practical tools to address it more effectively. A profoundly helpful programme.” \nDirk Aarts – Oxford University Senior Censor and professor \n  \n“A wonderful balance of systemic theory and practice with lots of helpful discussion with colleagues going through similar challenges.” \nAndrew Gregory – Senior Chaplain at Oxford University \n  \n  \nRegistration\nFor further information on the course structure\, fees and to book\, visit the venue website here. \nIf you have any general queries\, or would like to register interest for future iterations of this course\, please contact naomi@wholepartnership.com. \n  \nYou can read more about systemic leadership here\, and join our newsletter for updates about our programmes and the forthcoming book on systemic leadership.

SUMMARY:Freeing up your Future: 2-day Constellations Circle
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nAs we turn from winter to spring\, this 2-day Circle will be a resourcing and regenerative space helping you – as leaders\, change makers and practitioners – realign with your true purpose and potential\, and the flow of work that wants to come through you. Or maybe you have a difficult issue in your own organisation\, or a tricky case with a client system? \nOr maybe you are a leader\, coach or practitioner who just wants to experience constellations in person? \nIf so\, this workshop – weaving together whole-group constellations (for individuals) with small group exercises and structured constellations (for everyone) – may be for you! \n  \nFormat\nThis 2-day workshop will be a resourcing and regenerative community that will use a constellation lens to help all of us: \n\n(re)attune to our hearts\, purpose and potential\, and the flow of work that wants to come through us\nilluminate and transform those patterns that stand in our way (whether they come from our past or present organisational systems\, or family system)\nbuild courage and strength to co-create what is “ours to do”.\n\nTo include and meet the needs of all in our community\, you can attend in two main ways: \n\nIf desired\, you can receive an individual constellation facilitated by Ed Rowland to explore your question. Your question can be personal\, vocational or organisational.\nAlternatively you can attend the retreat as a ‘resource and learner’ without having an individual constellation\, and enter the practice field of the workshop. You will be a representative in the constellations and benefit from the small group exercises\, the community and the shared field.\n\n  \nWho can come?\nLeaders\, change makers\, professionals – anyone who wants to connect more fully to their true purpose and full potential. You don’t need to have trained in this approach; you just need to have done enough to know that it is for you. \n  \nWhat do people say?\nIncredibly magical\, profound systemic work – weaving together the deeply personal & organisational – exquisitely held. A true gift\, thank you!” \nJoe Rappaport \n\n  \nFacilitators\nEdward Rowland – lead facilitator for TWP – will lead the workshop. \nHe will be supported by Deborah Haskew \, an organisational psychologist and systemic leadership coach. \n  \nFees\n\n£350 + VAT    Standard rate including constellation with Ed.\n£280 + VAT    Alumni rate including constellation with Ed (for alumni of COLPI 1 and 2\, and Systemic Leadership Circles)\n£150 + VAT     Resource and learner rate.\n\nThis is the core programme fee that covers refreshments but not lunch. \n  \nRegistration\nPlease book below.
SUMMARY:Judith Hemming Masterclass in Systemic Coaching and Constellations
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nWe are delighted to welcome back Judith Hemming for this annual masterclass. A dive into the ‘deep pools’ of the wisdom of systemic constellations\, Judith’s masterclass replenishes us by reconnecting all present with the origins of this work. Judith pioneered the original COLPI Practitioner programme in systemic coaching and organisational constellations in the early 2000s. \n  \nWhat You Will Learn?\nJudith will bring her wide systemic perspective to exploring themes pertinent to these times; themes informed by your deeply held questions and concerns. \nIn this two day masterclass she will share teachings\, and also work with a number of your live questions. You’ll learn from watching a first generation master in action\, seeing the skills and capacities needed to explore and resolve a range of organisational\, leadership and vocational questions.  \nAs well as breakout exercises\, the event will include space for reflection and integration around your personal questions\, as well as your learning and development as practitioners. There will also be space to explore new developments in the field\, and for creative dialogue in the group about the development and potential of this work in the world\, and what’s needed by all of us to bring this forward more fully. \n  \nWho Is it For?\nThe Masterclass is open to everyone. \nIt will be of particular relevance to those who have completed or are participating in COLPI 1 or COLPI 2\, or those otherwise trained in systemic coaching and organisational constellations (with Judith or Ed)\, as well as other students of systemic work. \n  \nPrice \n£490 + VAT (Organisationally sponsored) \n£390 + VAT (Self-sponsored\, standard rate) \n£285 + VAT (Those who have completed – or are currently enrolled in – COLPI 1 or 2 OR CSC Foundation/Applied courses. SUMMARY:Systemic Leadership Coaching & Constellations: Introduction to the Essentials
DESCRIPTION:Purpose\nThe purpose of this 3-day workshop is to introduce you to the essential principles\, method and skills of Systemic Leadership through Coaching and Constellations; it will help you begin to integrate this profound systemic lens – and some powerful tools – into your existing practice of coaching or catalysing others through change. \n  \n“Awesome programme and introduction to this way of coaching…. I thoroughly enjoyed the three days\, and feel very resourced by them. Not only do I have much more clarity on my purpose\, I now know how it feels in my body when I’m living my purpose. That feels profound and affirming. Thank you for your wonderful facilitation.  \nGrainne McAnallen\, Executive Coach and Systemic Organisational Consultant \n  \nTo help you integrate it into your existing practice\, it focuses on resourcing you with simple\, potent constellating tools that can help you diagnose issues\, test solutions and discover new possibilities for generative action. \n  \nBenefits: Developing Your Capacity\nThis programme grounds you in the core perspective and methods of Systemic Coaching with Constellations\, and their application to 1-1 executive and team coaching and wider systems. \nSpecifically\, you will develop or enhance your capacity to: \n\nUnderstand the key principles\, history and sources of this work\, and the CLEAR(TM) method of Systemic Leadership Coaching & Constellations.\nUse CLEAR – and a constellating methodology – in both 1-1 coaching and team coaching contexts\, as well as setting up simple Diagnostic Constellations of wider systems\, so that you help yourself and your clients rapidly gain a systemic “overview” on the nature of their challenges.\nMap issues and systems in different ways (desktop-style or with floor markers and use of human representatives) so that you can work flexibly in different contexts.\nDraw from all ‘4 Ways of Knowing’ – intuitive\, emotional\, embodied and intellectual intelligence\nUnderstand\, both experientially and conceptually\, the ‘Hidden Orders’ that shape systems\, enabling organisational change and well-being\, as well as the rich territory of personal and organisational purpose.\nFind the most empowering ‘place’ in relation to the coachee (or team) and wider organisation\, and understand what this approach requires of the facilitator in terms of ‘stance’\, presence & capacity.\nPut all this together\, so as to strengthen your capacity to coach and help others.\n\nThere will be many opportunities to explore your own personal and organisational systems\, both through exercises and demonstrations. We will dive deep (but lightly)\, we will have fun and we will learn together! \n  \nWho is it for?\nThe programme is for: \n\nexecutive coaches and change agents (external or internal)\nleaders or managers in all sectors who are supporting others through transformation and change\, and who wish to integrate a systemic perspective and methodology into their work\ncoaches who have completed related systemic programs\, such as the ORSCTM training\, who wish to deepen their constellating capacity and understanding of the thought framework behind this approach\n\nYou will find it especially valuable if you are feeling stuck or stressed by seemingly intractable\, complex problems with particular clients or work systems\, or you are keen to find a way of coaching and facilitating others which draws more on your whole self (especially your presence\, embodiment and intuition) as well as the systems of which you are a part. \nThe course will also likely challenge and expand how you see yourself and your work as a coach\, change agent\, or leader\, while increasing your awareness of how organisations and people can flourish at a deeper level. \n  \nCertification     \nThis 3-day Introduction to the Essentials programme is dual-certified by both a leading coaching body and a leading systemic training body specialising in this work. \nCompletion of this course enables entry to the longer 12-day Practitioner Certification part of our Systemic Leadership Coaching with Constellations Programme – known as COLPI – for 2022-3. SUMMARY:Conflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach - Ongoing Circles (Online)

I feel so much more able to face my clients conflicts and my own.”\nAntonia Anderland \n  \nThe circles will introduce the principles and practices of this approach and take you on a 9-month journey of applying them to your own live conflict issues. \n  \n  \nWho is it for?\n  \nThese circles are for you if you are interested in deepening your understanding of conflict transformation and practicing using the theory and tools in your work and life. \nThese circles are for you if you have some prior experience of working with systemic leadership with constellations lens and if your work encompasses any of the following: \n• You’re a leader\, entrepreneur\, change maker\, OD/HR professional\, or if you’re a coach to people in such roles.\n• You have either worked with Ben Yeger and Milly Sinclair in their foundational Conflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach training\, or are working professionally in Conflict Transformation and Mediation and want to understand and embody the systemic approach.\n• You’re working across diverse groups with diverse opinions such as social change agents/community organisers.\n• You’re a practitioner of systemic constellations and are looking to refresh\, renew and resource yourself by experiencing the application of the work in the field of conflict transformation.\n• You want to be resourced by the systemic leadership constellations approach in an ongoing way. \n  \n  \nHow will you Benefit?\n  \n• You will be deeply resourced and have more capacity to transform the conflicts you face\, on a personal\, organisational\, and societal level.\n• You will deepen your understanding of Conflict Transformation frameworks and find practical\, human centred strategies in the face of live conflicts and challenges.\n• You will have chances to practice Conflict Transformation techniques in small groups working with live conflicts.\n• You will learn from the collective intelligence of the group and from leaders facing similar (or different) challenges. \n  \n  \nFormat\n  \nRunning autumn 2022 – spring 2023\, the Circles will be held online\, with a maximum of 12 participants\, in a closed group format as follows: \n\na community-building\, resourcing half-day\na one-to-one coaching session to help you warm up for the journey\n4 x one day online sessions\na one-to-one coaching session half way through at a convenient time for you\n\nYou need to commit to the whole cycle to join the Circle. \n  \nDates & Times: \nWhen working online we allow a spacious timing format to give us good breaks from our screens. SUMMARY:Freeing up Your Future: 3-day Constellation Circle and Practice Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nThis 3-day Circle will be a resourcing and regenerative community helping you – as leaders\, change makers and practitioners – realign with your true purpose and potential\, and the flow of work that wants to come through you. And a chance to experience again the magic of in person full group constellations! The retreat will be supported by the land at the lovely Hawkwood Centre for Futures Thinking near Stroud. \nDo you feel the call and excitement of the future – dreams\, new seeds\, creative projects you want to bring into the world – but at the same time feel weighed down by something (“something holds me back”)? Or maybe you have a difficult issue in your own organisation\, or a tricky case with a client system? Or maybe you are a systemic coach or practitioner who just wants to practice constellations in person? \nIf so\, this retreat is for you! The circle is a hybrid between a classic issues-based workshop and a practice retreat. \n\nIn other words\, a limited number of participants (up to 6/7 max) can be “issue-holders” and receive an individual constellation facilitated by Ed Rowland to explore their question – if they so wish.\nThe rest of the time\, we will explore our questions through exercises and constellations facilitated by each other. This will give those of you who are practitioners – and who wish to practice – a chance to do so.\n\n  \nFormat\nThis 3-day retreat will be a resourcing and regenerative community that will use a constellation lens to help all of us: \n\n(re)attune to our hearts\, purpose and potential\, and the flow of work that wants to come through us\nilluminate and transform those patterns that stand in our way (whether they come from our past or present organisational systems\, or family system)\nbuild courage and strength to co-create what is “ours to do”\nrest and resource ourselves through nature walks\, gentle movement and just being. And gorgeous food!\n\nLining up with the theme of freedom\, and to include and meet the needs of all in our community\, you can attend in a number of ways: \nIf desired\, you can receive an individual constellation facilitated by Ed Rowland to explore your question. Your question can be personal\, vocational or organisational. \nAlternatively you can attend the retreat as a ‘resource and learner’ without having an individual constellation\, and enter the practice field of the retreat. \nFinally\, if you don’t want to have a question constellated\, or practice\, you can also come as a ‘resource and learner’\, to be a representative in the constellations and just benefit from the group exercises\, the community and the shared field of the retreat. \n  \nWho can come?\nLeaders\, change makers\, professionals – anyone who wants to connect more fully to their true purpose and full potential. You don’t need to have trained in this approach; you just need to have done enough to know that it is for you. \nNOTE: The retreat can be attended residentially or non-residentially. See the different ticket options below. \n  \nFacilitators\nEdward Rowland – lead facilitator for TWP – will lead the retreat. \nHe will be supported by Deborah Haskew \, an organisational psychologist and systemic leadership coach. \n  \nFees\n\n£375 + VAT    Standard rate including constellation with Ed.\n£300 + VAT    Alumni rate including constellation with Ed (for alumni of COLPI 1 and 2\, and Systemic Leadership Circles)\n£175 + VAT     Resource and learner rate.\n\nThis is the core programme fee that covers lunch and non-residential attendance. \nNote: there will be additional\, optional residential costs of £200 + VAT (total including full board) for 2 nights accommodation on 12-13 July. You can purchase this directly for each of the 3 types of tickets by scrolling down the ticket options in the booking window. \n  \nRegistration\nThis event is now FULL. DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nWe are delighted to bring forward again our Moving to Mastery programme for practitioners who wish to deepen their capacity in – and understanding of – Systemic Leadership Coaching & Organisational Constellations. This ‘Year 2’ programme is for everyone who has attended ‘COLPI’\, our flagship Practitioner training in Systemic Coaching & Constellations (or equivalent one-year programmes with other leading trainers). \nThe programme will resource you as a systemic practitioner to move towards mastery\, and provide you with a range of structural & phenomenological approaches so that you can apply them with confidence at a professional level in your existing practice (whether that is 1-1 executive\, team coaching\, group constellating or consultancy in wider systems). \nWe will explore the question: how can we lead – both ourselves and our systems – from our purpose\, heart and full Potential\, and catalyse others to do the same? We will therefore invite you to bring your own vocational\, leadership and organisational questions\, and apply a systemic lens to these\, so as to help you bring your unique potential and best future possibilities more fully to life. \n  \nWhat You Will Learn?\nThe programme will develop the skills and capacities needed to explore and then resolve a range of organisational\, leadership and vocational questions. It will focus on taking your systemic constellating skills towards mastery\, not only in classical group constellations but also team (or leadership group) and 1-1 coaching settings. \nDeepening your core skills\, you will further develop the capacity and confidence to: \n\n\n\nidentify and work appropriately with personal challenges as they arise in the organisational and leadership context. This includes working appropriately with personal\, vocational issues such as purpose\, money\, books (‘offspring’) – and behaviours – that have their roots in a family or ancestral context\nwork with the hidden architecture of a systemic approach with leaders\, teams and organisations – including conscience and the orders – and transform patterns using movements and sentences\nwork with the archetypal realm in an organisational context (building on the teaching of Judith Hemming around the 5 Realms). This will include working with 5 Leadership Archetypes\, for yourself and your clients\nmap organisational\, team and leadership systems with representatives\, and take constellations towards resolution\nhelp leaders develop the 5 systemic leadership capabilities needed to lead change successfully. This includes:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nbuilding effective containers for change\nhelping the system ‘see itself’ – with teams or leadership groups in large complex systems – where external representatives may not be available or appropriate\ndiscovering and attuning to their personal and organisational purpose\, so as to realise their whole potential\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe event will include space for using this lens to exploring your personal questions\, and your learning and development as practitioners. There will also be space to explore new developments in the field\, and for creative dialogue in the group about the development and potential of this work in the world\, and what’s needed by all of us to bring this forward more fully.\n\nWho Is it For?\nEveryone who has attended COLPI over the last 20 years\, either with Judith Hemming or Ed Rowland. The course is also open to people who have completed equivalent programmes – of at least 12 days – in systemic coaching and/or organisational constellations with other leading trainers. \n  \nFormat\nThe 11.5 day programme consists of 2 x 4 day core learning circles\, and it will also include: \n\n\n\n\n\ntwo x one hour 1-1 coaching sessions (online) at the beginning and end of the programme\, to establish your objectives and integrate your practitioner and personal learning\none x 2 day facilitated practice circle between the core circles.\none half-day facilitated (online) supervision trio between the core circles.\nat least two half-day peer coaching trios\n\n\n\n\n\nParticipants can also attend an optional  two day Masterclass with Judith Hemming (tbc). \nPLEASE NOTE: We intend to hold the core circles and practice circle in person. However\, if circumstances do not allow us to work safely in person\, due to COVID-19\, then the circles will be held online.\n  \nDates\nThe dates are as follows: \n\nCore Circle 1\, June 20-23 (2022) – Hawkwood\, Glos (residential)\nPractice Circle\, September 14-15 – Skylight Centre\, London\nCore Circle 2\, November 29-December 2 – Skylight Centre\, London\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nWhat People Say\nBeautiful work!
Those of us who learn this skill will be of great value in these times\, as enablers of transformation and flow. \n“Throughout the experience\, I have come back into contact with insights and understandings that had slipped into the background of my day to day experience of living. This experience has both enriched my present and future self. I would encourage all and any to immerse in this programme.” \n  \nMarina Bolton – Director of Organisational Development\, UK Civil Service \n  \nPurpose of the programme\nWe will explore: \n\nWhat is conflict trying to tell us that we need to hear?\nHow do we as individuals and organisations deal with conflict currently?\nHow can we think differently about conflict so it becomes an enabler for growth and innovation\, not a hindrance?\nHow do we support individuals in conflict\, whilst seeing the big picture?\nHow do we work creatively with difference\, even those stark and deeply held\, to discover the solutions we need in a complex and ambiguous world?\n\n  \n\nWho is it for?\n\n\n\nBoard level leadership\, Heads of HR\, OD leads.\nAnyone facing conflict or situations where there is significant difference of opinions in the workplace/role on a regular basis.\nThose stepping into positions of leadership\, or who wish to upskill themselves to become the leaders of the future that they feel the potential to become.\nPeople – including conflict professionals – who seek a different approach to conflict transformation.\n\n\n\n  \nHow will I and my organisation benefit from this programme?\nWithin yourself: \n\n\n\n\n\nDeeper understanding of personal triggers to conflict and the impact on your ability to connect with others.\nIncreased clarity about yourself in situations of conflict.\nDeveloping more choices regarding how you act in conflict.\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nWith colleagues\, within teams: \n\n\n\n\n\nUnderstanding how ill-expressed and unexpressed conflict leads to stalemate.\nStrengthening capability to create structures allowing for safe expression of difficulty.\nIlluminating how to move from breakdown to flow of collaboration\, connection and creativity.\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nFor the organisation: \n\n\n\n\n\nInsight to what interpersonal conflicts tell us about the whole system.\nExploration of structural change supporting the organisation to thrive.\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nFor wider stakeholders : \n\n\n\n\n\nKnowledge of how to work with wider organisational stakeholders – who may have conflicting interests – to enable all to flourish.\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nCourse Structure \nThe course is run online spread over five weeks with the following framework: \n\n\n\n\n\nOne-to-one pre-course interview with Ben or Milly – both internationally renowned facilitators in this field – to help clarify your intentions.\nFive weekly half-day sessions held online.\nOptional ‘homework’ practice between sessions to help deepen your learning experience.\nBalance of theory\, dialogue and practice in each session.\nBelonging to a group of leaders\, coaches and change-makers within a richly diverse learning pool.\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nDates\, Times & Content\nMonday 7 March 2022\, 2-5.30pm GMT \nSession 1: Starting the journey \nIntroducing conflict transformation with a systemic perspective and deepening our personal enquiry into a live conflict situation. \n  \nMonday 14 March 2022\, 2-5.30pm GMT \nSession 2: Humanising the other \nUnderstanding personal triggers and widening our perspectives\, moving from a heart of war to a heart of peace. \n  \nMonday 21 March 2022\, 2-5.30pm GMT \nSession 3: Transforming conflict \nAssimilating systemic theory and practice into our understanding of conflict transformation. \n  \nMonday 28 March 2022\, 2-5.30pm BST \nSession 4: Conflict as resource \nStrengthening our resilience and capacity as a systemic helper/mediator. \n  \nMonday 4 April 2022\, 2-5.30pm BST \nSession 5: Conclusion and next steps \nIntegrating\, building on the learning\, taking it into our personal and work lives. \n  \nFaculty\nBen Yeger is Founder of Moving Conflicts and UK representative of Combatants for Peace (CfP).
Those in leadership roles – and those aspiring to be leaders of the future – are invited to join this powerful online programme to develop this skill within you.\n\nIn five morning sessions spread over five weeks we will journey together with gentleness and mutual respect through this edgy territory.  Guided by international specialists in conflict transformation and supported by the systemic perspective\, we’ll look squarely at the conflicts we experience daily in this changing world. We’ll rewire our understanding and grow new muscles\, enabling us to incorporate a systemic lens when facing these challenges. We’ll lean into ‘Edge and Tension’ and find our way through conflict issues into dynamic flow.\n\nConflict is expressed between people\, so we usually try to deal with it there. However\, it is our experience that whilst the effect is personal\, the cause is often systemic and structural. We therefore need a wider and more sophisticated lens to understand it and to respond effectively. This leads to greater productivity within individuals and the system as a whole.\n\nIn this emerging reality\, building our capacity to face conflict well is essential. Those of us who learn this skill will be of great value in these times\, as enablers of transformation and flow.\n\n \n\n \nPurpose of the programme\nWe will explore:\n\n What is conflict trying to tell us that we need to hear?\n How do we as individuals and organisations deal with conflict currently?\n How can we think differently about conflict so it becomes an enabler for growth and innovation\, not a hindrance?\n How do we support individuals in conflict\, whilst seeing the big picture?\n How do we work creatively with difference\, even those stark and deeply held\, to discover the solutions we need in a complex and ambiguous world?\n\n \nWho is it for?\n\n Board level leadership\, Heads of HR\, OD leads and anyone facing conflict or situations where there is significant difference of opinions in the workplace/role on a regular basis.\n Those stepping into positions of leadership\, or who wish to upskill themselves to become the leaders of the future that they feel the potential to become.\n People – including conflict professionals – who seek a different approach to conflict transformation.\n\n \nHow will I and my organisation benefit from this programme?\nWithin yourself:\n\n deeper understanding of personal triggers to conflict and the impact on your ability to connect with others.\n increased clarity about yourself in situations of conflict.\n developing more choices regarding how you act in conflict.\n\nWith colleagues\, within teams:\n\n understanding how ill-expressed and unexpressed conflict leads to stalemate.\n capability to create structures allowing for safe expression of difficulty.\n illuminating how to move from breakdown to flow of collaboration and creativity.\n\nFor the organisation:\n\n insight to what interpersonal conflicts tell us about the system as a whole.\n exploration of structural changes which support the organisation to thrive.\n\nFor wider stakeholders :\n\n knowledge of how to work with wider organisational stakeholders – who may have conflicting interests – to enable all to flourish.\n\n \nStructure\n\n 5 online morning sessions spread over 5 weeks.\n One-to-one pre-course interview with Ben or Milly – both internationally renowned facilitators in this field – to help clarify your intentions.\n Mid-programme one-to-one coaching session on your conflict issue with Ben or Milly.\n Optional ‘homework’ practice between sessions to help deepen your learning experience.\n Balance of theory\, dialogue and practice in each session.\n Belonging to a group of leaders\, coaches and change-makers within a richly diverse learning pool.\n\n \nDates and times\nThe course is run fully online at the following dates and times:\n\nFri 1 October\, 9.30-1pm (GMT)\nSession 1: Starting the journey\nIntroducing conflict transformation with a systemic perspective and deepening our personal enquiry into a live conflict situation.\n\nFri 8 October\, 9.30-1pm (GMT)\nSession 2: Humanising the other\nUnderstanding personal triggers and widening our perspectives\, moving from a heart of war to a heart of peace.\n\nFri 15 October\, 9.30-1pm (GMT)\nSession 3: Transforming conflict\nAssimilating systemic theory and practice into our understanding of conflict transformation.\n\nFri 22 October\, 9.30-1pm (GMT)\nSession 4: Conflict as resource\nStrengthening our resilience and capacity as a systemic helper/mediator.\n\nFri 29 October\, 9.30-1pm (GMT)\nSession 5: Conclusion and next steps\nBuilding on this learning and taking it into our personal and work lives.\n\n \nFaculty\n\nBen Yeger is Founder of Moving Conflicts and UK representative of Combatants for Peace (CfP). After serving in the Israeli Army (83-86)\, Ben left Israel making a promise to himself that he would never carry a weapon again. Ben has 25 years’ experience of group facilitation and training\, working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and ages in conflict transformation. He creates innovative\, nonviolent and collaborative interventions which transform conflict from barriers to relationship into opportunities for change.\n\nwww.movingconflicts.org.\nClick here for Ben Yeger’s TED Talk on Conflict Transformation.\n\n \n\n\n\nMilly Sinclair has been working as a facilitator for over 20 years\, particularly around areas of leadership\, conflict transformation and change. Milly has worked for many years in conflict transformation with organisations including the University of Oxford\, Mitsubishi\, Unicredit Bank and Amnesty International; through her interfaith\, intercultural and peace work in Israel/ Palestine; and through the development of community cohesion projects.\n\nOriginally with a psychotherapeutic and theatre background\, she has been a systemic practitioner and coach for over ten years\, and in all her work she brings up to date psychological and business theory to life with an original and creative approach.\n\n \nWhat people say\nProfound learning – all the exercises and the sense of narrative and evolution of the process as a whole. The constellation work was very powerful for me\, and well resourced by everything that came before.”\nSholeh Johnstone – Facilitator\, Mediator and Coach\nThroughout the experience\, I have come back into contact with insights and understandings that had slipped into the background of my day to day experience of living. This experience has both enriched my present and future self. I would encourage all and any to immerse in this programme.”\nMarina Bolton – Director of Organisational Development\, UK Civil Service\n10/10 for the experience! The generosity\, presence\, love and kindness modelled Ben and Milly and already present in the system.” \nKatie Lloyd-Nunn – Education Curator\, Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking\nIt made me look at a particularly difficult conflict within my organisation from a completely different perspective and found practical tools to address it more effectively. A profoundly helpful programme.”\nDirk Aarts – Oxford University Senior Censor and professor\nA wonderful balance of systemic theory and practice with lots of helpful discussion with colleagues going through similar challenges.”\nAndrew Gregory – Senior Chaplain at Oxford University\n\n \n\nPrice\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n£660 + VAT (Organisationally sponsored – corporate)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n£490 + VAT (Organisationally sponsored – 3rd sector )\n£330 + VAT (self-sponsored)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n£220 + VAT (COLPI/CSC student rate – currently enrolled students only)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nRegistration \n\nTo register your place please book and pay online below. If you have any general queries\, please contact us.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can read more about systemic leadership here\, and join our newsletter for updates about our programmes and the forthcoming book on systemic leadership.\n\n\nA limited number of bursaries are available for people who would otherwise struggle to come in these exceptional times. SUMMARY:Systemic Leadership Taster Series (Online)
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nLeaders are operating in a world experiencing unprecedented levels of disruption. The leadership challenges of today are not amenable to ‘command and control’ forms of leadership\, nor linear approaches to problem solving. They are far too complex for any one person to solve by thinking and acting alone. This context calls for leaders to be equipped with additional skill sets\, resources and practices\, both personal and systemic.\n\nThis trio of tasters is designed to serve to those in positions of leadership\, as well as those who feel their potential to lead calling them from the emerging future.\n\n \nSystemic Leadership One-day Taster\nwith Ed Rowland and the TWP team\n27th Sept\, 10-1 and 3-6pm\nThis one-day workshop introduces the principles\, research and capacities of systemic leadership – and a ‘whole self\, whole systems approach’ – that energises & builds potent leaders\, teams and strengthens the system as a whole. These capacities have a dual function:\n\n They shift the inner space from which a leader operates by bringing awareness and mindful presence to our leadership\, impact and interventions in systems.\n They expand the space of possibility between leaders by enriching how we talk\, think and act together while mapping and exploring the subtle yet powerful dynamics at play in the whole system.\n\nWe will explore how a systemic approach can enable you to see underneath and move beyond the emergent dynamics and repeating patterns that may be limiting you\, your team\, your organisation and change initiatives from realising their full potential.\n\nYou’ll get a feel for how to explore stepping across the threshold into the next chapter of your own purpose and potential\, and begin developing the systemic leadership capacities needed to build healthy\, purposeful organisations and to catalyse change within broader social\, economic and political systems.\n\nThis taster also serves as introduction to our Systemic Leadership Circles\, starting in October. PLEASE NOTE: It is designed for people in leadership positions or who have clients that hold leadership roles (places are also strictly limited to 16).\n\nPurpose Taster: the Heart of Systemic Leadership \nwith Ed Rowland and the TWP team\n30th September 2021\, 2-5pm\nThis time of crisis has presented many of us with opportunity for reflection on what is essential to us and where we place our precious life energy. For some this may mean a deepening reaffirmation\, for others a reset of direction; either way\, clarity and strength around how we move forward is needed more than ever in these challenging times. As you identify and embody the contribution that your deeper self is calling you to make\, your presence activates and enables this in those around you\, enabling more of your true potential in your life\, your work\, your organisation and in the world. \n\nEd Rowland\, founder of TWP with two decades experience in systemic coaching & constellations for organisations\, has written extensively on his considerable experience working with purpose in a way that enables others to discover and embody their own. Join us to dip your toes in the enticing\, enriching waters of personal and organisational purpose…\n\nThis taster is in the run up to our online course in November\, Deepening into Personal Purpose: The Heart of Systemic Leadership. It is for everyone interested in purpose.\n\n \n\nConflict Transformation: A Systemic Approach\nWith Milly Sinclair and Ben Yeger\n10 September 2021\, 2-4pm\nThe ability to face and address hard truths which may give rise to conflict is a core Systemic Leadership capacity. Equipped with this capacity\, we become agents of the real transformation so many of us feel is needed in our organisations and wider systems.\n\nThose in leadership roles – and aspiring leaders of the future – are invited to join for an experiential taster of this powerful way of working with ‘edge and tension’.\n\nThis taster is in the lead up to our 5 week online course in Conflict Transformation with internationally renowned facilitators Ben Yeger and Milly Sinclair. It is for everyone interested in conflict.\n\n \nTickets\nBook tickets for any or all of the Systemic Leadership Taster Series below.\n\nPlease note there are FREE places available in these categories:\n\n a) all the events are free for leaders and practitioners under 35\n b) the Purpose and Conflict tasters are free for CSC and COLPI students (past and present). \n\nTo enrol for a place\, simply contact Tricia at admin@wholepartnership.com\, stating which taster you wish to attend and which category you fall into.
