SUMMARY:Systemic Leadership Circles (Online)
DESCRIPTION:Purpose of Circle – A Community of Belonging\, Resourcing and Regeneration\nThe purpose of these circles is to create a resourcing and regenerative community\, where leaders and change makers can bring a systemic leadership lens to their organisational\, professional and vocational challenges. The circles will introduce the principles and practices of this approach\, and take you on a 9-month journey of applying them to your own live change issues. (If you want to read more on Systemic Leadership\, go here). \nEach circle will work with a closed group format – limited to only 12 participants – to help enable the safe\, intimate\, resourcing and powerful container that this work requires. \nWe will work with where you are – and the live challenges that you bring – using a mix of short conceptual inputs\, inquiries\, embodied exercises and whole (or half) group constellations.  \n  \nWho is it for?\nLeaders\, entrepreneurs\, change makers\, OD and HR professionals\, who are familiar with a systemic leadership and constellations lens\, and want to be resourced by this approach in an ongoing way. \nYou do not need to have completed any extensive practitioner training in this work. DESCRIPTION:Introduction: A Community of Learning\, Practice and Innovation\nCOLPI is the UK’s first and original Practitioner programme in systemic coaching and organisational constellations\, and the training – which will be celebrating its 20th year – builds on a highly regarded format that has run since 2000. \nThe purpose of COLPI is to give you a thorough grounding in this powerful systemic lens and transformational method(s)\, and support you to integrate and apply it in your existing practices of coaching and leading others through transformation and change. It also invites you to step more fully into your own unique potential and contribution as a change agent or leader and innovate new work that matters to you. \nThis programme is run in collaboration with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (UK) and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coaching Education (79 CCEUs). \n  \nWho is it for? \nIt is for coaches\, change agents\, leaders and professionals in commercial\, public or voluntary sectors\, who know they love this way of working\, and who have begun the journey of using a systemic lens in some real life context. \nIt is for practitioners who want continuing coach education and support to practice their coaching and constellating skills with confidence\, so as to unlock the unique creative potential of individuals\, teams and organisations. \nIt is especially appropriate for those who coach\, catalyse or lead others through transformation and change. \nNOTE: This programme is for those who have prior experience of some kind\, for instance they have already completed our 3-day Essentials or related programmes like ORSC™ or training in systemic family constellations. \n  \nProgramme structure\nThe 7-month programme includes the following: \n\nFour x 3-day Circles (these are non-residential circles in London). Each Circle closes with a day of practice\, integration and supervision.\nParticipants will also have two 1-1 coaching sessions – by phone or Skype – to clarify your learning needs and support you during the programme\n3 Practice Periods – between the circles – amongst peers and in your work settings. Online work is stretching the invisible cords that bind us\, contributing to increased alienation\, polarisation and fuelling conflict. As leaders and change agents we have to support ourselves\, our organisations and our people through increasingly stormy waters. We don’t have to face this alone. \nJoin us for this programme to explore together how to build the more creative\, effective and agile organisations much needed by our stakeholders and society. \nIn five afternoon sessions spread over five weeks\, we will go on a profound journey together\, looking squarely at the conflicts we experience daily in this VUCA world from both a personal and a systemic perspective. After serving in the Israeli Army (83-86)\, Ben left Israel making a promise to himself that he would never carry a weapon again. Ben has 25 years’ experience of group facilitation and training\, working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and ages in conflict transformation.
