DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nWe are delighted to bring forward again our Moving to Mastery programme for practitioners who wish to deepen their capacity in – and understanding of – Systemic Leadership Coaching & Organisational Constellations. This ‘Year 2’ programme is for everyone who has attended ‘COLPI’\, our flagship Practitioner training in Systemic Coaching & Constellations (or equivalent one-year programmes with other leading trainers). \nThe programme will resource you as a systemic practitioner to move towards mastery\, and provide you with a range of structural & phenomenological approaches so that you can apply them with confidence at a professional level in your existing practice (whether that is 1-1 executive\, team coaching\, group constellating or consultancy in wider systems). \nWe will explore the question: how can we lead – both ourselves and our systems – from our purpose\, heart and full Potential\, and catalyse others to do the same? We will therefore invite you to bring your own vocational\, leadership and organisational questions\, and apply a systemic lens to these\, so as to help you bring your unique potential and best future possibilities more fully to life. \n  \nWhat You Will Learn?\nThe programme will develop the skills and capacities needed to explore and then resolve a range of organisational\, leadership and vocational questions. It will focus on taking your systemic constellating skills towards mastery\, not only in classical group constellations but also team (or leadership group) and 1-1 coaching settings. \nDeepening your core skills\, you will further develop the capacity and confidence to: \n\n\n\nidentify and work appropriately with personal challenges as they arise in the organisational and leadership context. This includes working appropriately with personal\, vocational issues such as purpose\, money\, books (‘offspring’) – and behaviours – that have their roots in a family or ancestral context\nwork with the hidden architecture of a systemic approach with leaders\, teams and organisations – including conscience and the orders – and transform patterns using movements and sentences\nwork with the archetypal realm in an organisational context (building on the teaching of Judith Hemming around the 5 Realms). This will include working with 5 Leadership Archetypes\, for yourself and your clients\nmap organisational\, team and leadership systems with representatives\, and take constellations towards resolution\nhelp leaders develop the 5 systemic leadership capabilities needed to lead change successfully. This includes:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nbuilding effective containers for change\nhelping the system ‘see itself’ – with teams or leadership groups in large complex systems – where external representatives may not be available or appropriate\ndiscovering and attuning to their personal and organisational purpose\, so as to realise their whole potential\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe event will include space for using this lens to exploring your personal questions\, and your learning and development as practitioners. There will also be space to explore new developments in the field\, and for creative dialogue in the group about the development and potential of this work in the world\, and what’s needed by all of us to bring this forward more fully.\n\nWho Is it For?\nEveryone who has attended COLPI over the last 20 years\, either with Judith Hemming or Ed Rowland. The course is also open to people who have completed equivalent programmes – of at least 12 days – in systemic coaching and/or organisational constellations with other leading trainers. \n  \nFormat\nThe 11.5 day programme consists of 2 x 4 day core learning circles\, and it will also include: \n\n\n\n\n\ntwo x one hour 1-1 coaching sessions (online) at the beginning and end of the programme\, to establish your objectives and integrate your practitioner and personal learning\none x 2 day facilitated practice circle between the core circles.\none half-day facilitated (online) supervision trio between the core circles.\nat least two half-day peer coaching trios\n\n\n\n\n\nParticipants can also attend an optional  two day Masterclass with Judith Hemming (tbc). \nPLEASE NOTE: We intend to hold the core circles and practice circle in person. DESCRIPTION:Introduction\nThe ability to face and address hard truths which may give rise to conflict is a core Systemic Leadership capacity. Equipped with this capacity\, we become agents of the real transformation so many of us feel is needed in our organisations and wider systems. SUMMARY:Systemic Leadership Circles (Online)
DESCRIPTION:Purpose of Circle – A Community of Belonging\, Resourcing and Regeneration\nThe purpose of these circles is to create a resourcing and regenerative community\, where leaders and change makers can bring a systemic leadership lens to their organisational\, professional and vocational challenges. The circles will introduce the principles and practices of this approach\, and take you on a 9-month journey of applying them to your own live change issues. (If you want to read more on Systemic Leadership\, go here). \nEach circle will work with a closed group format – limited to only 12 participants – to help enable the safe\, intimate\, resourcing and powerful container that this work requires. \nWe will work with where you are – and the live challenges that you bring – using a mix of short conceptual inputs\, inquiries\, embodied exercises and whole (or half) group constellations.  \n  \nWho is it for?\nLeaders\, entrepreneurs\, change makers\, OD and HR professionals\, who are familiar with a systemic leadership and constellations lens\, and want to be resourced by this approach in an ongoing way. \nYou do not need to have completed any extensive practitioner training in this work. SUMMARY:COLPI Summer Practice Retreat

DESCRIPTION:Introduction  \nThis three-day Essentials training introduces you experientially to the core principles and skills that underpin a) Systemic Leadership Coaching and b) the application of Constellations in a coaching context. You will begin to integrate this systemic lens\, and some powerful tools\, such as constellating in one-to-one and team settings and diagnostic constellations of wider systems\, into your existing coaching and change practice. \nThis programme is run in collaboration with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (UK) and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coaching Education (19.5 CCEUs). \nPlease note that this next iteration of the 3-day course intends to blend both in-person and online working\, consisting of 2 days in person then a further one day online. As ever\, we will be exploring 3 levels of learning and inquiry: \n\nPersonal – Self-leadership\, bringing your vocational\, leadership challenges and questions to inquire into\, and be coached on\nProfessional – Working with others as field-based\, systemic practitioners\, deepening your excellence and mastery\nCommunity – Improving the quality of our relating\, systemic thinking\, conversing and collaborating together: how can we collaborate – in the room and outside (if we wish) – in a way which is in tune with systemic principles\, and generative of value in service of our beneficiaries?\n\nOther than the frame provided by Theory U\, the primary method is systemic constellations (both in large group formats and 1-1 and small group exercises) supported by dialogue\, inquiry and catalytic conversations. However\, we will also draw – where we wish to – on other methods that can sit well with a field-based approach\, such as archetypes and the medecine wheel\, social dreaming\, bodywork and creative arts. Those in the circle may also wish to experiment by practising a new systemic structure they have developed\, or present a prototype business idea/project and get the feedback of others in the circle. \nNOTE: that the focus is facilitated practice rather than advanced constellations training per se. (There won’t for instance\, be any predetermined new inputs – although exercises and related teaching may be given each circle where these meet the needs of the group\, and the themes arising). DESCRIPTION:Introduction\n Join us on this creative 2-day programme to explore together how we can build more effective and agile organisations needed by our stakeholders and much-needed by our society.  \nWe will look squarely at the conflicts we each experience daily in this VUCA world from both a personal and systemic lens\, and find a way through to transformation and flow.   \nFrom stuckness… \nConflict is everywhere\, from inter-team politics to the tragedy of armed warfare. Within organisations it can turn up as stalemate and sabotage. It often gets talked about behind backs around the water cooler\, or with feelings buried under cold politeness.  Usually it turns up as a sense of ‘stuckness’. Often the organisations’ creativity and performance stagnates. As leaders\, we often don’t know the cause\, and little changes. \nTo Flow \nConflict is expressed between people\, and so we usually try and deal with it there.  However\, it is our experience that although the ‘effect’ is personal\, the cause is often systemic and structural.
