Freeing Up Your Future: Winter Constellations Retreat

This three day retreat will offer a resourcing and regenerative community, using a constellation lens to help all of us:

• (re)attune to our hearts, purpose, and the flow of potential that wants to come through us
• illuminate and transform those patterns that stand in our way (whether they come from our past or present organisational systems, or family system)
• build courage and strength to co-create what is “ours to do”

The retreat will include a roughly 50/50 mix of bespoke whole group constellations — for people that want one — and structured constellation exercises and inquiries for everyone.

This is a ‘hybrid’ retreat and your questions can be either personal, organisational, or societal — or some mix of the above!

Who is this retreat for?

Everyone – including senior leaders, HR/OD professionals, change coaches, regenerative practitioners, professionals of all kinds. You certainly don’t need to have trained in this way of working; however, you do need to be open and courageous enough to work in an embodied way that is gentle and natural but also often surprising and powerful.

Facilitators

Edward Rowland – lead facilitator for TWP – will lead the workshop and the bespoke constellations. He has practiced both organisational and personal constellations work since 2005, and is an infosyon-certified Master Trainer.

Fees

• Standard – £440 +VAT
• COLPI/CSC alumni or student – £330 + VAT
• Under 30s – £220 + VAT

This is the core programme fee that covers refreshments but not lunch.
