Gemma is an Adaptive Futures Strategist & Facilitator who works with leaders, organisations and multi-stakeholder groups at moments of transition and strategic inflection. She helps teams move beyond familiar patterns of thinking and organising so that new possibilities for action can emerge.
Her work supports leaders and collectives to learn, adapt and act through complexity, building the capacity they need to renew themselves and their ways of working in rapidly changing contexts. Her approach enables teams to navigate change with greater agency, creativity and coherence, building resilience as a shared capability rather than an individual burden.
Gemma completed her COLPI Practitioner training in 2019 and draws on systemic constellations to help groups work more consciously with the underlying patterns and dynamics that shape the scope of action available to them. She combines this work with strategic design, embodied futures and play, creating transformative learning experiences, facilitating collective sensemaking and supporting pathfinder experiments that expand what becomes possible together.
With over 20 years’ experience across systems change, sustainability, innovation and regenerative futures, Gemma has worked with global brands, public institutions, universities, social innovators and systems change pioneers. She played a leading role in the development of Future S.C.A.P.E., the award-winning systems change learning experience created with Cranfield University, helping to shape its design and integration across executive education, client programmes and postgraduate learning.
Gemma founded The Beeworx Change Agency® in 2017 and works independently from Totnes, supporting clients across the UK.
