Deposit
A deposit will be required at the time of the booking to secure a place on the programme. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by you but will be transferable to an alternative course run by The Whole Partnership. The deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation, but not temporary postponement, by The Whole Partnership (see Postponement below).
Payment
The balance of the payment will be due 28 days prior to the programme, or according to the terms of an agreed payment schedule.
Postponement
We reserve the right to postpone the commencement of this programme by no more than 6 months where we have insufficient numbers to run the cohort. We will make every effort to ensure that you can make the revised dates. Where this is impossible, for whatever reason, we will of course refund your deposit. The payment schedule may be rearranged if the course start date changes and will need to be requested by you in writing and then agreed by The Whole Partnership and confirmed in writing.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing. A fee of 100% will be levied in respect of any cancellation made less than 28 days prior to the commencement of the course. A substitute delegate can be named at any time.
