A Systemic Approach: Resourcing Taster Series (Online)

February 24, 2026 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Half-day online workshops to help you discover how
a systemic approach can resource you to face challenges,
bringing benefit to you, the people and organisations you work with,
and releasing the potential in you to co-create thriving systems.

Introduction

Leaders are operating in a world in the midst of unprecedented levels of disruption. The leadership challenges of today are not amenable to ‘command and control’, nor linear approaches to problem solving. They are far too complex for any one person to solve by thinking and acting alone. This context calls for leaders to be equipped with additional skill sets, resources and practices, both personal and systemic.

Our half-day online workshop sessions are designed to serve leaders (including those who wish to realise their potential to lead), change makers and coaches, by enabling them to meet this powerful method experientially.

This trio of Resourcing Taster sessions exist to help you meet this approach, experiencing the benefit it brings. The sessions can lead on to one of our longer courses for those who wish to train and step into their leadership potential through this work.

Resourcing Taster: The Heart of Purpose
with Ed Rowland and the TWP team
24th February 2026, 2-6pm

This time of crisis has presented many of us with opportunity for reflection on what is essential to us and where we place our precious life energy, both personally and in our organisations. For some this may mean a deepening reaffirmation, for others a reset of direction; either way, clarity and strength around how we move forward is needed more than ever in these challenging times. As you identify and embody the contribution that life is calling you to make, this activates and enables those around you, enabling more of your full potential in your life, your work, your organisation and in the world.

Ed Rowland, founder of TWP with two decades experience in systemic leadership coaching & constellations for organisations, has written extensively on his considerable experience working with purpose in a way that enables others to discover and embody their own. Join us to dip your toes in the enticing, enriching waters of personal and organisational purpose…

What to expect

This is an experiential introduction to this powerful way of working, which will resource you by deepening into your personal or organzational purpose (you choose!). We will touch on some theory, with a focus on learning through participating in exercises in breakout rooms. You will be invited to learn through coaching others and being coached in relation to your purpose, receiving the benefit this work brings through doing so.

This is not an instructional webinar, but rather a highly experiential session which requires your participation throughout. We will be a group of a small enough size to all fit on one page of Zoom and therefore your presence is vital. To participate fully, we request you bring your full presence, keeping these 2 hours free from distractions so you can fully benefit from experiencing this, as the embodied approach it is. The recording will be shared only with people who have participated in the session.
