COLPI Systemic Practitioner Programme (Year 2): Moving Towards Mastery

June 24 - November 28

Introduction

Would you love—and are you ready—to step into a new level of insight, impact and confidence as a systemic coach and leader? Join us on a journey towards mastery in Systemic Leadership Coaching and Organisational Constellations. Designed for graduates of COLPI Year 1 or similar trainings, this advanced programme will enhance your skills to lead and guide transformative change in complex systems.

Like all of our programmes, this isn’t just a course—it’s a community, designed to help you make a transformative step change in your practice, through working at three levels:

  1. Practitioner: Grounded in Ed’s new book, this Year 2 programme will resource you to use this systemic lens with greater insight, confidence and impact—whether in one-on-one coaching, team coaching, or broader organizational consulting.
  2. Personal: It also invites you to bring your own vocational, leadership and organizational questions, and apply a systemic lens to these, so as to help you bring your unique vocational potential and best future possibilities more fully to life.
  3. Community: Last but not least, with the support of experienced guide-mentors, and wonderful like-minded colleagues alongside you, we travel together!

What You Will Learn as a Practitioner

This programme builds your skills and capacities to explore and resolve complex organizational, leadership, and vocational challenges. Specifically, you will move towards—or deepen—your mastery in three key areas or ‘gateways’:

  1. Organisational Constellations:
    • Map organisational, team and leadership systems with representatives, and learn to take constellations towards resolution
  2. Coaching Organisational Change: Develop—and help your clients develop—the systemic leadership capabilities needed to lead change successfully, including:
    • Building effective containers for change
    • Mapping the system so that it can ‘see itself’ without external representatives, in team or leadership group settings
    • Attuning to personal and organisational purpose, to realise their whole potential
    • Working with the hidden architecture of a systemic approach and transforming patterns using movements, sentences and rituals.
  3. Coaching Personal Transformation:
    • Identify and work appropriately with your clients’ personal challenges as they arise in the organisational context—using a range of systemic tools
    • Address deeper-rooted issues—such as purpose, money, books (‘offspring’) and behaviours—that have their roots in a family context.

We will cover new developments in the field, engage in creative dialogue about the potential of this work in the world, and explore what’s needed by all of us to bring it forward with integrity and impact.
