Systemic Practice Community 2026-27

12 May 2026 @ 09:30 28 January 2027 @ 17:00

Introduction: Purpose

This community offers a facilitated and supervised practice space to deepen your capacity in Systemic Intelligence, Systemic Coaching and Organisational Constellations.

This ‘Level 3’ learning is about integrating everything you have already learned, and applying it with increasing skill, discernment and confidence in particular contexts — whether that is through 1-1 executive, team coaching, group constellating or consultancy in wider systems.

Specifically, this will include:

  1. Resourcing you by applying a systemic lens to your own vocational, leadership and organisational questions — helping you bring your unique Work (purpose) and best future possibilities more fully to life.
  2. Deepening your discernment and authority as advancing practitioners of systemic leadership coaching and constellations
  3. Collectively, learning from each other, and tapping into our collective intelligence and shared wisdom.

Membership in the community will primarily give access to three in-person circles a year, while you will also be encouraged to practice online in ‘peer pods’ between circles. These practice circles are designed to supplement — not replace — regular 1-1 supervision with a qualified supervisor.

Who are these circles for?

The circles are for trained and practising systemic executive coaches and facilitators, including:

  • Practitioners who have completed COLPI Practitioner, or
  • Practitioners who have completed our COLPI Year 2 Applied Programme, or
  • Practitioners with an equivalent level of experience – we are happy to discuss your prior experience with you and to establish whether there is a good fit.

This is a space for systemic practitioners who know the power of this work — and want to deepen it. A place to be resourced, challenged and supported as you step further into your authority.

Developing your capacity

The Systemic Practice Community offers a steady, committed circle in which your questions, your client work, and your emerging edge can be explored with depth and rigour.

At the heart of each circle is the exploration – with presence and a systemic lens – of real, live questions arising in your work and leadership. This presencing, or learning from the future as it emerges, sits within what Otto Scharmer calls generative (4.0) action research.

The circles will deepen your integration of this profound systemic lens — and support your development — at three interconnected levels:

  1. Personal (self-leadership) – bringing your vocational or business challenges and questions to inquire into, and be coached on.
  2. Professional – learning and developing as systemic practitioners, deepening your skills, knowledge, authority and presence, and capacity to intervene in client systems
  3. Collective – being part of a community of advanced practitioners learning from each other, sharing new developments and dialogue about how this work is unfolding in the world

The supervision of client work will explore how we best resource ourselves, and optimise our interventions, as we enter complex organisational systems where much may be demanded of us. We will explore:

  • Developing our ‘self as instrument’, including our embodied presence, so we can do our best work;
  • Setting up supervisory constellations with your peers, to generate insights about individuals, teams or systems — and to support you to find your strongest and most empowering ‘place’ as a coach within the client system.

Participants will facilitate constellations in the whole group — or half-groups, depending on numbers — under supervision. This offers valuable experience in taking group constellations towards resolution, often the longest and most subtle skill to master.

Format

Each circle will begin by creating a strong container — a field of trust and inquiry — within which your most important questions can emerge.

From there, participants will constellate in the full group or in half-groups, drawing from the wisdom of the system in the room. We will develop our systemic intelligence both outside and within the constellations — sensing what becomes visible before, during and after.

The emphasis is on facilitated practice rather than advanced constellations training. There are no predetermined teaching elements, although exercises or inputs may be offered where they serve the needs of the group and the themes arising. We will also draw – where helpful – on other methods that can sit well with a field-based approach, such as archetypes and the medicine wheel, social dreaming, bodywork and creative arts.
