Your Heart’s Desire: A Summer Constellations Gathering

This three-day summer retreat provides support for everyone who feels evoked to make changes in their life, and move in the direction of their heart’s longing. The desired movement could be many things: vocational (to move closer to our true purpose or real work); personal (to reclaim aspects of our potential – such as our power – or repair a relationship); or organisational (to attend to a difficult pattern or issue in our workplace).

With summer in full swing, this retreat will be a resourcing and regenerative community, that will use a constellation lens to help all of us:

• (re)attune to our hearts, purpose, and the potential that wants to flow through us
• illuminate and transform those patterns that stand in our way (whether they come from our family or organisational systems – past or present)
• build courage, strength and clarity to co-create what is “ours to do”

The retreat will be a roughly 50/50 mix of bespoke constellations for individuals in the whole group while also providing some structured exercises in small groups (for everyone). You will be guided step by step, drawing on our approach, including systemic constellations, inquiry, and embodied presence. Your questions and issues can be personal, vocational or organisational.

Who is this retreat for?

Everyone – including senior leaders, HR/OD professionals, change coaches, regenerative practitioners, professionals of all kinds. You certainly don’t need to have trained in this way of working; however, you do need to be open and courageous enough to work in an embodied way that is gentle and natural but also often surprising and powerful.

Facilitator

Edward Rowland – lead facilitator for the Whole Partnership – will lead the workshop and the bespoke constellations. He has practiced both organisational and personal constellations work since 2001, and is an infosyon-certified Master Trainer.

Fees

• Standard rate: £490 + VAT
• Alumni rate (COLPI/CSC): £390 + VAT

This is the core programme fee that covers lunch at Hawkwood.

RESIDENTIAL OPTION: If enough people want to take this up, there is an additional residential option at Hawkwood (dinner, bed, breakfast) for £252 + VAT. This covers both 2 nights of 30 June and 1 July). Please contact us below if you want to be put on the list.
