Deborah is a Chartered Coaching and Organisational Psychologist and an Accredited Executive Coach with the Assoc for Coaching. She has worked in the fields of leadership development and change for over 30 years, both as an external and as a line manager. Blending the psychological and systemic, she offers leadership coaching, mentoring, consultancy and supervision to her clients. Working one to one and with groups, clients come to her for a safe and expansive space to explore the interplay between their inner and outer worlds, seeking insight and movement on deep patterns, habits and structures that have their roots in the past, the systemic and the individual. Deborah supports clients in making material shifts in the way they feel about themselves and how they see and show up in the world.
Deborah is a registered supervisor with the British Psychological Society and offers small group and individual supervision and mentoring to those wanting to develop and deepen their systemic practice and expertise.
Having studied both organisational and family constellations over the last decade, and delivering as faculty on TWP programmes, she brings a fine appreciation of ways to integrate a systemic approach into the ongoing professional threads of both coaches and leaders.
Eclectic and pragmatic in her approach, her other key influences are her Rogerian background in counselling at work and her preparation by the Centre for Courage & Renewal® to facilitate Circles of Trust®. Deborah has a particular interest in empowering and enabling women leaders and practitioners at all stages in their life and career, and offers psycho-systemic support and guidance to women moving through the menopause passage into their 3rd age of life, their feminine eldership.
Deborah is a Partner Practioner with TWP and runs her own business. She lives near Nailsworth in the UK, enjoying connection with the land, family and friends – exploring new avenues with expressive art and gardening.
