Milly Sinclair is Co-Director of Moving Conflicts, an executive coach, creative trainer and leadership development consultant, and an associate of TWP. Her background encompasses theatre, psychotherapy and organisational and leadership development.
Starting out as an actress, she later did an MA in Dramatherapy working with many different client groups. Together with a business partner and associates, she set up the Creative Edge partnership consultancy 16 years ago. Using a dynamic blend of theatre and therapeutic skills, she designed and led unique training programmes for a variety of clients, both in the charity and corporate sector.
Clients have included Easyjet, OUP, Oxford University, and Oxfam. She completed the COLPI Practitioner programme in 2015, and has delighted in integrating Systemic Coaching and organisational constellations into her practice. She lives in Stroud with her family.
