Naomi Wilkinson

Naomi was first called to Systemic Constellation work through dance and water.

In the early noughties a chance connection on the dance floor led to an offer to pour a glass of water…tiny moments which felt significant. Following these moments of connection led Naomi to discover systemic constellation work and ultimately her vocation in practicing and teaching this gentle, powerful change approach.

She joined Whole Partnership in 2019 and is often to be found facilitating our programmes alongside Edward Rowland. Naomi learns from the master each time she sits with him – and from the intelligent, sensitive, inspiring humans who make up every group he leads. Her own practice of 1:1 and group work is rooted in Earth wisdom traditions, building in ritual, ceremony and medicine wheel practices. She runs leadership development programmes alongside Milly Sinclair in the health and education sector and has a particular interest in Conflict Transformation.

In her many years of extensive training, in-depth mentoring and practicing within Whole Partnership and the Centre for Systemic Constellations, Naomi has sat for countless hours alongside the leading teachers in this field in the UK. She enjoys convening circles for the Whole Partnership alumni community, and is always keen to speak with those new to this approach – perhaps those at their equivalent of her dance floor / water jug moment – following their first curiosity about this work to discover what it has to offer them.

Reach out to her if you have questions about any of our courses or would like to experience systemic coaching.

In her wider life, Naomi can often be found in the woods or river, or on stage fooling about engaged in some form of improvisation. She has over a decade of deep commitment to living Menstrual Cycle Awareness; respecting the rhythm and wisdom her her cycle. She is a Menstruality Coach certified by Red School.
