
Deepening Systemic Conflict Transformation (STC): Practice Circles

This is an opportunity to gather with other experienced practitioners and together take a deep dive into the uniqueness of Systemic Conflict Transformation (SCT) practice. Following the success of the applied courses, we are happy to be offering this space for those who want to deepen their practice and resource themselves within a group of 6-10 practitioners.
Purpose of the programme
- To create a resourcing community of SCT practitioners.
- To explore live work and community related conflicts using the SCT approach and tools.
- To deepen our understanding of SCT as practitioners.
- To deepen our understanding of the tools of SCT and share best practice.
Who is invited
- Anyone who is a leader/ coach/ activist in a community/ organisation setting invited to work with conflict.
- Anyone who wants to be resourced in SCT work and deepen their practice in a safe and encouraging setting.
- Anyone who has previously attended an SCT course with facilitators Ben and Milly.
Structure of sessions
- Check-in and presencing.
- Resourcing and pair enquiry.
- Sharing and constellating live organisational/ community conflicts.
- Relevant theory/ practices shared by Milly and Ben.
- Moving to action to be reflected on next time.
Faculty
Ben Yeger is Founder/Co-Director of Moving Conflicts. Ben has 25 years’ experience of group facilitation and training, working with people from a variety of backgrounds and ages in conflict transformation. He is a Systemic Practitioner, Drama Therapist, Action Learning Facilitator and a Movement Medicine Teacher/Facilitator. He creates innovative, nonviolent, and collaborative interventions which transform conflict from barriers to relationship into opportunities for change.

Milly Sinclair is Co-Director of Moving Conflicts. Milly has 25+ years’ experience in facilitating processes involving leadership, conflict transformation and change. Her conflict transformation work with organisations includes the University of Oxford, Mitsubishi, Unicredit Bank and Amnesty International as well as her interfaith, intercultural and peace work in Israel/Palestine, and through the development of community cohesion projects. With a psychotherapeutic and theatre background, she has been a systemic practitioner and coach for over 15 years. In all her work she brings up-to-date psychological and business theory to life with an original and creative approach.

6 sessions on Tuesdays from 2pm – 5.30pm (UK time) over a 6 month period, plus two one-hour coaching sessions with the course leaders. Session dates:
