Resourcing Our Future: a Masterclass on Archetypal Constellations—with Richard Olivier
November 18 - November 19

Overview
“Either you do the Gods, or the Gods do you”
James Hillman, founding voice within Archetypal Psychology
Mythodrama is a unique combination of ancient initiatory wisdom and modern depth psychology, activated through theatrical/ritual processes. It enables participants to imagine a New Story that serves – and to accelerate individual and collective evolution.
Archetypes are eternal underlying patterns of human nature and experience that are, often invisibly, ‘running the show’. They deeply inform the character we present to the world and the culture of families, projects and communities. The better you understand these underlying patterns and the more consciously you use them, the more you can activate an aligned, purposeful life.
Archetypal Psychology recognizes that Archetypes are always ‘at work’ in the human psyche. When we remain unconscious of their influence, they operate as ‘fate’ and we remain, on a bad day, a victim of circumstance. When we become aware of them as psychic realities, we can embody them to best serve our intentions, through conscious awareness and practice. We can identify our current Archetypal Pattern – its Gifts and Shadows – and understand how these currently shape our lives. We can then see if our current pattern is appropriately aligned with our life goals.
Is what got you where you are, going to get you where you want to go?
We work with 10 key Archetypes, inspired by the 10 planetary energies core to astrology, that collectively make up the inner Stage of our psyche.

Facilitator: Richard Olivier
Richard’s first career as a theatre director led him to work with ritual workshops and process orientated rehearsals at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. He then felt called to create Mythodrama; combining Archetypes, Great Stories, ancient and modern wisdom, experiential exercises and transformational coaching. Richard’s core work is to reawaken ‘sacred drama’; activating purpose and human potential to act-in our desired future and to facilitate a New Story that serves – ourselves and our world.
He is co-founder of Archetypes at WorkTM (with Dr Laurence Hillman, Phd), a Fellow of the Findhorn Foundation (Scotland) and a Visiting Fellow at the Said Business School (University of Oxford). He is the author of “Shadow of the Stone Heart – a search for manhood”, “Inspirational Leadership – Henry V and the Muse of Fire” & co-author of “Archetypes at Work – evolving your story, one character at a time”.
He spends his time between London and Murchas, Andalucia, where he will open the Archetype Research Centre (ARC) retreat space this year (Inshallah!)
