This free session is designed for those considering a first training in this approach by joining the Introduction to the Essentials of Systemic Leadership Coaching with Constellations. It is also for those who have already completed an introductory training and are interested in the longer applied COLPI programme.

Session facilitator
Edward Rowland is founder of The Whole Partnership and a leadership catalyst and senior executive and team coach. Ed is a Board Member and certified Master Trainer for the International Forum for Systems Constellations in Organisations (Infosyon) and a registered coach with the Association for Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors (APECS).
A leading systemic coach and constellations practitioner for both personal and organisational systems, Ed has delighted in co-pioneering this way of working in a leadership and work context for the last fifteen years. He learned the work in the early 2000s from its 1st generation pioneers, notably Gunthard Weber and Judith Hemming (on the original COLPI programme). He then co-pioneered systemic work as part of the innovation consultancy nowhere group for 5 years before founding The Whole Partnership.
